This background allows her to navigate diverse ecosystems—from advising UN agencies like the World Bank and UNDP to founding Bengaluru’s #1 ranked family restaurant, Studio Claytopia.
Today, as CEO of Aham Advisory LLP, she leverages a trusted, high-level network to open doors and align interests between private enterprise, government policy, and the creative economy.

Meenakshi Thamara Nambiar
Meenakshi is a Partner based in London, representing the firm’s international presence and global partnerships. She brings a strong foundation in strategy, policy research, and international development, supported by a First-Class Honours degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Durham University.
She has worked with leading organisations including EY-Parthenon and PRS Legislative, where she contributed to strategic analysis, market and policy research, and stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors. Her professional experience spans competitive and financial analysis, data-driven decision support, communications, and project coordination, with a particular focus on sustainability, social impact, and inclusive growth.
With a global outlook shaped by extensive travel and professional experience across India and the UK, Meenakshi combines analytical rigour with strong communication and relationship management skills.
From the firm’s London base, she plays a key role in supporting international advisory engagements, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Chandrika Rajasekharan
Chandrika Rajasekharan, Managing Partner, brings deep leadership experience and strong operational expertise across the energy and utilities sector in the Middle East, with senior roles at leading organisations including QGPC (Qatar Gas), EPPCO, and EGPC in Qatar and Dubai.
Her professional background spans corporate planning, operations, HR administration, and information management, with a proven track record in building effective systems and driving organisational performance.
As Managing Partner, she provides strategic direction, oversees internal operations, and ensures the consistent delivery of high professional standards across all client engagements.
